A custom digital waiver clients open by scanning a QR code at the shop
A mobile-friendly, shop-branded form that matches the shop's paper waiver word for word
Photo ID upload and a finger signature right on their phone
A built-in age check that stops anyone under 18 from submitting
A signed PDF waiver with the shop logo, sent to the shop's inbox along with the ID photo
A thank-you screen where clients can save their aftercare instructions straight to their phone, download a copy of their signed waiver, and follow the shop on Instagram
